The space
The entire home is yours, all three bedrooms, living and dining areas, and the full backyard and front porch. The only areas off limits are the garage, the space behind it, and a small locked closet in the front bedroom.
The home was completely renovated and is fully furnished. Hardwood floors run throughout, and ceiling fans keep every room comfortable, living room, dining room, all bedrooms, and the kitchen. An electric fireplace adds warmth when East Bay evenings cool down.
The king bed, four smart TVs, and 538 Mbps WiFi mean everyone in the group can spread out, stream, video call, and work simultaneously without competing for bandwidth or screen time. Dedicated laptop workspaces with second monitor support make this a solid base for any remote workers in the group.
KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
The full kitchen is well equipped for real cooking, microwave, dishwasher, full dinner and barware sets, and everything you need to feed a group without resorting to takeout. Free coffee and tea are stocked and waiting. In-unit washer and dryer handle laundry on your schedule. Iron, ironing board, and steamer also available.
BATHROOMS
One full bathroom with a large soaking tub and shower. An additional vanity and sink in the hallway keeps the morning rush moving when the whole group needs to get ready at once.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The large private fenced backyard is built for gathering. Two outdoor dining tables, a fire pit, and multiple seating areas give the group plenty of space to eat, talk, and unwind. Whether it’s a late night around the fire or a lazy afternoon in the sun, there’s always a comfortable spot to land. The front porch adds even more outdoor living space. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Guests consistently tell us they arrived with questions about Oakland and left recommending the neighborhood to their friends. The property sits on a short, low-traffic block, calm and residential. Oakland Arena, freeways, and BART are all minutes away, making this an ideal base for everything the Bay Area offers.
