The space

The Old Blockyard is a modern eco property completed in July 2021, just a short walk from the family friendly beach Trevaunance Cove. The house is located in a quiet location, a 10-15 minute walk from the village and right beside the coast path.
Inside, there is a large open plan living area with a well appointed kitchen with seating at the island. A dining table is positioned centrally with a bench and chairs to sit 6 comfortably.
The living area has cosy sofas and armchairs to enjoy relaxed evenings together.
Also on the ground floor of the house there are 2 large bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room. The other has a sliding door to the garden and is next to the large family bathroom with both a shower and bath. Both of these bedrooms can be set up as twin beds or a superking sized bed.
The property is mainly on one level, but with an office/extra bedroom upstairs, capitalising on the incredible sea view through the velux windows. This room has a futon double bed which can be made up on request for extra sleeping space.
A spacious veranda has been designed along the front of the house, perfect for star gazing or sitting around the fire pit. There is a lovely sheltered garden at the back complete with a BBQ.
