Prime Location: Enjoy the serenity of a bayside stay while being just a short stroll to the beach. We even provide beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon to make your walk to the beach a breeze. All you need to do is pack your sunscreen and beach towels!

Beautifully Updated Condo: This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is thoughtfully designed with modern updates throughout, including:
• A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew and blender for frozen beverages.
• Stylishly remodeled bathrooms off each bedroom for privacy.
• A spacious private courtyard—perfect for morning coffee and al fresco dining and the perfect place to store your beach gear.
Room for Everyone: Sleeps up to 6 with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Linens and shower towels provided, but beach/pool towels are NOT provided.
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided.
Iron, ironing board provided
Starter pack of laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels provided.

📅 General Rules
✅ Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Let us know in advance if you need flexibility—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
✅ Maximum Occupancy
• The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit.
✅ Primary Guest Must Stay – The person booking must be present for the entire stay (no third-party bookings).
✅ 25+ Age Requirement – Guests must be 25 years or older to book. A valid government-issued ID (driver’s license or national ID) is required for age verification.
✅ No Unauthorized Guests – Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No unapproved visitors.
✅ Liability Disclaimer
• The homeowner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur during your stay.
• The homeowner is not liable for lost or stolen personal items. By booking this stay, guests assume responsibility for their own safety and that of their guests.
✅ Parking
• There is no assigned parking—each unit is allowed 2 spaces. RV's and Trailers are not allowed per the HOA
✅ Grills
• Per association rules, grills (gas, charcoal, or electric) are NOT permitted on the property.
🚭 No Smoking, No Parties, No Unauthorized Guests
🚫 No smoking inside the home or in the outdoor living areas—this is a smoke- and tobacco-free rental property.
🚫 No parties, events, or loud gatherings—please respect our neighbors.
🚫 Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
🏖️ Beach Gear, Outdoor Seating & Umbrella
• Feel free to enjoy the outdoor seating area and use the umbrella for shade.
🐾 Pet Policy
🚫 No pets allowed per association rules—no exceptions.
🛏️ Linens Policy
We will provide bed, bath and kitchen linens.
Note: Beach towels are not included—please bring your own.
📌 Check-Out Instructions
Before you go, please:
✅ Take out the trash.
✅ Load and run the dishwasher.
✅ Turn off all lights and ceiling fans.
✅ Leave the pool pass on the designated hook for the next guest. If lost there will be a charge of $125 for replacement.
✅ Lock the door behind you and let us know once you’ve checked out.
Age Verification & Identification
✅ The outdoor pools open seasonally from the end of May through late September. From May TBD, through September TBD, the main, lap and kiddie pools are open (with lifeguards at the main and lap pools). From September TBD, through September TBD, only the main pool is open (no lifeguards).
Home is not baby-proofed. Guests assume responsibility for supervising children at all times.
