- Quiet Hours (9 PM – 8 AM): We are located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. We have installed extra noise insulation, but please keep voices down during these hours. Local laws regarding noise are strict, and we want to keep a good relationship with our neighbors.
- No Parties or Events: Our home is a sanctuary for rest, not a venue for parties, loud music, or external gatherings.
- Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house to keep our space fresh for all guests.
- Check-in/out: * Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- Security: Access is via a secure Smart Lock. Please do not share the code with non-guests.
- We provide a self-catering stay. Daily housekeeping and towel replacements are not provided.
