Welcome to our beautiful, pet friendly, 2 bedroom caravan situated on the family friendly Newperran Holiday Park. Located just 3 miles from Perranporth and 6 miles from central Newquay. Its the perfect base to explore the north coast of Cornwall with all other areas within easy reach. It is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free. 1 king with ensuite, 2 singles. sofa bed if needed. Wifi and use of onsite facilities including pool, bar and restaurant

The space
The caravan is modern, light and airy.
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with double patio doors leading onto a spacious wrap around decking.
A seperate hallway with storage for coats and shoes. Ideal for those typical cornish showery days.
-Fully equiped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher.
-Cosy fire for those late nights after a day at the beach.
-King size bedroom with ensuite and HD Smart TV
-Twin bedroom with HD SmartTV.
-Main bathroom with large shower
-Outdoor dining furniture seats 4
-Pet bowels if needed
-Sofa bed in living room can be used to accommodate 6 if needed with an extra cost for bedding
-Travel cot available (please bring own bedding)
-Bedding and towels for caravan included
-Please bring your beach towels

10-15 minute walk takes you to a small shopping area which includes a garden centre, fresh fruit & veg shop and the lovely Bay Tree Cafe.
Walking another 5 minutes you will find a Londis and play park great for kids of all ages.
The local New Inn Pub serves great food.

I live in Nottinghamshire with my husband Andrew, 2 boys Jacob 21 and Joseph 14 and Mojo the Boxer 14. I have an older son Jordan 30 and granddaughter Lillie-Rae 8. I have been visiting Cornwall since a young child. I have spent many happy holidays here, exploring the many beautiful beaches and gorgeous coastline while being piskie led on the way. I cant wait to see the 'nearly there/nearly home' trees again.
