Lovely 1-bedroom apartment, located in one of the most attractive areas, New Bazaar. Walking distance to Skanderbeg square, Air Albania Stadium, Pedonale, BunkArt etc. The apartment has recently been renovated and everything in it is brand new. It has all of the amenities nescesary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and can acomodate up to four guests.
Plenty of grocery stores and Toptani shopping center nearby. It is located in a historical building dating back more than 70 years
