Tropical Oasis Downtown Naples 3 BD/2 BA full house w/ a HEATED pool, outdoor entertaining, BBQ grill, lanai seating/dining for 8, outdoor games, 2 living rooms w/ large TVs (main room has a 75" screen TV), master suite w/ ensuite bathroom & flatscreen TV, all 3 bedrooms have king beds. Close to downtown restaurants/shopping (9 min), beaches/Naples Pier (14 min).
DOG POLICY: Only after owner's approval, a non-shedding small dog is allowed with $100 per dog non-refundable fee (2 dog maximum).
The space
There are 2 separate living areas, main space has a 75" Samsung 4K TV with Roku box, other living has a 65" TV, both living/dining areas lead out to screened in lanai and a heated pool (set to 83 degrees). Kitchen provides direct access to the lanai via the pass through window. There are 2 dining tables, both seat 4 each. Perfect for family dinners or family game night (we stocked the closet with tons of our favorite games!). The master bedroom (king bed-tropical themed) and bathroom is tucked away on one side of the house for privacy while the other 2 bedrooms (surf and turtle themed, both have king beds) and shared bathroom are locked on the other side of the home.
The pool is heated in the winter via electric heater/solar heater. In the summer the solar heater will keep the water balmy warmer then the Gulf of Mexico waters. All three patio doors are self closing to keep kids out of the lanai/pool area and for safety. Enjoy the pool noodles and floats we have provided in the outdoor storage box.
Screened in lanai and covered patio protects you from the elements. Dining table seats 6 while the bar has another 2 chairs. A separate outdoor seating area is ready for your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. In the outdoor storage box you will find our outdoor games - badminton and bean bag toss/corn hole to enjoy in the grassy fenced backyard.
DOG POLICY: ONLY after owner approval, A non-shedding hypoallergenic dog under 20 lbs is acceptable with a $100 per dog non-refundable dog fee-(2 small dogs maximum). No large dogs, no shedding dogs or cats please.
Circle driveway has room for 4 cars, plenty of room to share this house with friends and family. Garage is locked off and not accessible. Trash cans are located on the side of the house.

Want to spend your days away from the house? We have details on area rentals (paddle board, kayak, bikes incl kids trailers, cruising boats, fishing boat, boat tours etc), activities/excursions (the list is too long, basically everything Naples and SWFL offers) + all the beach equipment you might need (6 beach chairs, an large umbrella, beach toys and and endless supply of beach towels).

• Grocery store/farmers market/juice bar-Oaks Farms 5 min away (under renovation after Hurricane Ian). Publix is also very close by for groceries.

If you would like a reliable babysitter, just reach out. We do have a pak-n-play, sheets and kids tableware for you at the house complimentary.

Guest access
The property has keyless entry, codes will be provided during check in. Guests will have access to the whole property, which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, pool and entertainment area outside/lanai, as well as yard for outdoor games.
Other things to note
It's very important that guests acknowledge this home has a pool and all risk is assumed by the guest. The three sliding doors which enter the pool area are self closing to help protect the young kids from entering the pool area on their own.
