The space
Myzen Guesthouse is a charming self-catering house located in Goodwood Estate, perfect for families or groups of friends.

It is a free standing house that can comfortably accommodate 12 guests and it comprises 4 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, both the second and fourth bedrooms have two double beds each, whilst the third bedroom has a queen size bed.

Each bedroom comes with a smart TV offering DStv and Netflix for entertainment.

The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a bath and a shower with grab bars for support.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, 5-plate electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a washing machine and dryer for guests’ convenience.

It extends to the dining area and further to the lounge, furnished with comfy seating. The open-plan dining area overlooks a lovely fountain with the soothing sound of running water, and the TV room opens onto a patio and pool, creating a welcoming space to relax, while the enclosed braai area features a 5-burner gas stove. For the colder seasons, a coal stove adds extra warmth.

The property boasts a charming small garden, a sparkling swimming pool, and a dedicated braai area. Secure parking is available for 3 vehicles.

This is a family oriented house and parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden.

Note that every person entering our premises must be listed on the reservation. This is an Airbnb standard requirement for insurance purposes. If you want to bring guests during your stay, the host must be informed.

The number of people including visitors cannot exceed 12 at one time.

This is a family house which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac safe street mostly with elderly neighbors.

There is a very good relationship and respect between us and our neighbors and guests are therefore requested not to make excessive noise that will disturb the neighbors especially night time.
