You’ll have full access to the apartment during your stay. Unused rooms may remain locked.
Please note that the number of guests on the reservation must be respected — only the guests listed in the booking are permitted on the property. Any additional guests will incur extra charges and be reported to Airbnb.
🌿 Community Environment
Our neighborhood reflects the charm of everyday Puerto Rican life. You may see or hear roosters, chickens, dogs, cats, and other animals typical of our rural surroundings — including the gentle nighttime song of the coquí frog and roosters greeting the sunrise.
This is part of the authentic island experience we’re proud to share with you!
🚭 House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Parties or gatherings (indoors or outdoors) are not allowed.
Please do not throw trash or food toward the back of the building; the neighboring property has security cameras.
Violations of these rules will result in a $250 penalty fee.
⚡️ Utilities & Services
The apartment uses public utilities for electricity and water, and WiFi is provided by Liberty PR.
In case of temporary service interruptions (power or water), backup measures are available, including a clean-water tank for your convenience.
Our building, originally constructed in the 1970s, has withstood hurricanes — including María — and continues to offer a safe and comfortable environment. Some windows may not function at full capacity, but this does not affect the quality or safety of your stay.
