The Royal William Yard is 1 mile away and is a much-loved destination, with a mix of bustling restaurants, bars, shops, water sports and a packed calendar of events including a monthly farmers market and a lively artistic community.

The City-Centre & University Of Plymouth are 1.5 miles away.

The space
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen diner and lounge - with double doors that lead out onto the balcony. The property also benefits from a private off-street allocated parking space.

The newly installed Virgin Media TV service gives guests access to both Live TV & catch-up services such as the BBC iPlayer as well as streaming services including Netflix, Disney+, Rakuten, and Youtube (guest subscriptions requ'd). This is all via a Samsung 55 inch 4k TV. Connecting devices to the WiFi is both easy and fast via the Virgin Media Hub which boasts speeds of over 100mbps!

Copies of the annual Gas Safety Check and PAT test certificates can be found at the property. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are also located in the kitchen and bathroom respectively.
