The entire group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located three level lakeview townhouse with central AC and attached garage. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. Walking distance to Saybrook township park (playground, basketball court, pavilion and concession), 5 minute drive to Geneva on the Lake, 8 minute drive to Harbor Bridge Street, 15 minute drive to SPIRE institute, minutes to countless local wineries. Flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10.

The space
Newly modern renovated unit! As you pull into your private one car garage, you have immediate access to bedroom number three with a queen bed, 40” ROKU TV, (Washer and dryer located on this floor) which can also lead you to the private patio with a grill/fire pit and seating with a shared partially fenced in large backyard, or up the stairs to the main floor of the townhouse! The backyard also has a brand new kid friendly play set with lounge chairs to utilize! The Main floor includes the fully loaded applicable modern kitchen with granite countertops and all cooking necessities and brand new stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar with barstools are the perfect addition for family meals. The dining room contains a large table and chairs, perfect area for socializing or meals. The cozy homey living room has a pullout sofa and comfy round accent chair with USB touch lamps and a 55" ROKU smart TV. A half bath is located directly across the kitchen. Leading up the stairs to the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and 50" ROKU smart TV, a large closet and dresser for storage. The master tiled bathroom contains towels and complimentary shampoo and body wash. Another large bedroom located on the third floor with a queen size bed and one double bed; as well as another 55" ROKU smart tv, a unique egg chair to relax,and a work desk with a stool to utilize. A large closet and dresser for your clothing/storage needs. All linens and towels are provided during your stay.
