Artistic sea view Suite, renovated completely on April 2020. Ideal for couples or friends who want to live a lifetime experience in the heart of Piraeus. The apartment is in a very convenient location, just a few meters away from train & tram station and public transportation.

It features one bedrooms with 1 comfy king size bed (1,80*2.00) that can converted into two comfy single beds(90*2.00), there is fully equipped kitchen with nespesso machine, small fridge, kettle ,microwave ,an work space very comfortable for pcp and a modern newly bathroom with shower . For your veranda you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Saronic Gulf.

Located in a quiet neighborhood . There is a super market at the front of the entrance of the building and across the street there is one of the best hospitals in Greece, Privet Metropolitan Hospital. In 10 minutes walking distance there is a famous Greek stadium " karaiskaki "that hosting the greek soccer champion Olympiakos and also the biggest indoor stadium in the country , The Peace & Friendship Stadium .
At last but not least, down of the building there are two private parking with very low prices.
