Magnificent views, vibrant interior deco, spacious private pool area, this centrally located and freshly rennovated Villa is the ideal retreat for you and your family. The villa offers 6 bedrooms w/7 bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms are independent guest houses with their own separate entrance. The private pool has a specially designed ashallow area for kids, and spacious external areas overlooking the sea. There is also a sythetic lawn field for young footballers!

The space
The Villa offers 6 bedrooms, with 6 bathrooms en suite, plus a 7th guest bath. The main house has two bedrooms with Queen size beds, one room with two single beds, and one with a twin bed. A staircase next to the main entrance leads to the top level, where two more guestrooms are situated, one with a Queen size bed, and one with a twin, plus a sofabed.

The property offers extensive outdoor spaces and verandas, sunbeds, and unubstructed view of the sea from all areas. Three dining areas, two external and one near the kitchen, to accomodate families. Gas BBQ is available for outdoor use, and we can also help you arrange chef services. Daily housekeeping is part of our ofering as well, so you can relax during your vacation!

Guest access
The house is available as a whole, no rooms are rented separately. You will have full access to the property, private shaded parking, and exclusive pool use. On the property plot are the quarters of the building superintendent who looks after the pool and garden on a daily basis. The property offers daily housekeeping. We are situated 15 mins from the airport, 15 mins from Mykonos Town, surrounded by five star hotels and prominent neighbours, in one of the best areas of the island, Aleomandra. We can help you plan your vacation down to every detail, as we have been vacationing on the island since 1987 - transfers, car rental, restaurant recommendations are all available and at your fingertips for every occasion.

Other things to note
The property has been rennovated and is it top condition. It is surrounded by a lush garden that is meticulusly maintained. Mattresses in all bedrooms have been replaced in time for the 2026 season.
