And for sports enthusiasts, the premium cable package includes ESPN, so you won't miss any of the action, and there is no pay-per-view in Colombia if you want to watch a UFC fight for example with Spanish commentators!

Laundry Area: We understand the importance of staying fresh and clean, which is why we've provided a designated laundry area equipped with an LG washer and dryer tower. No need to worry about laundry during your stay! Additionally, the laundry area conveniently houses the pantry and cleaning supplies, ensuring everything is within reach.

Building Access:
For your safety and convenience, there will be security and a doorman available 24/7 to assist you and grant you access to the complex.
Apartment Access:
You'll have full access to the apartment using the keyless door lock. This means you can come and go as you please without needing any assistance or keys.
Common Area Amenities:
You'll have access to all the amenities located in the common areas of the building. Adhere to the rules and hours of operation of the amenities which are listed below. Some common areas require an in advance reservation to use and can be reserved by asking the host. These include:
1. Gym: The gym is open from 4 am to 9 pm. Feel free to use the facilities and equipment to keep up with your fitness routine.
2. Sauna and Steam Room: Enjoy some relaxation in our sauna and steam room, available from 9 am to 8 pm. You must bring your own towels, we have a bunch available for you to use in the apartment to use. Also, there is a shower there that you may use. Notice is required beforehand so that the building staff can turn them on for you to use. You are not allowed to change the temperature/steam settings on your own.
3. Social Room: A perfect place to host small events such as kid birthdays for your guests . It's open from 9 am to 8 pm. Reservation is required as this area is generally always in use.
4. Squash Ball Court: For sports enthusiasts, the squash ball court is open from 9 am to 8 pm. The racquets and balls can be found in the apartment. Reservations may be required but if it is not in use, feel free to start playing.
5. Mini Soccer Field: Have some fun and enjoy friendly competition on our mini soccer field, available from 9 am to 8 pm. Reservations are required. Hours do vary and can change at any time and there is a schedule that changes frequently that you can request from the host so you are up to date as to when the field gets utilized. It is sometimes rented out for the day by the building to both adult and children teams for matches/tournaments.
7. Children's Playground: Families with kids can enjoy the children's playground and pool, accessible from 9 am to 8 pm.
8. Olympic-Sized Pool and Children's Pool: Our large pool is perfect for swimming and relaxing. It's open Tuesday - Sunday from 8 am to 9 pm. Everyone must wear swimming caps or a hat when using the pool. You must bring your own towels, we have a bunch available for you to use in the apartment. The pools is always closed on Monday for maintenance. There is an an outdoor shower there that you may use to rinse off after swimming in the pool.
9. Dog Park: If you're traveling with a furry friend, the dog park is a great spot for them to play. Open 24/7. Most dogs are friendly.

Fully Stocked Amenities: To enhance your experience, we provide all the necessary items for all the amenities available in our building. From the gym to the swimming pool and everything in between, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your time here. Additionally, if you're bringing furry friends along, we can also provide essentials for them, ensuring a pleasant stay for your beloved pets.
Cleaning: Once a week we can schedule a cleaning service to our guests. The cleaning lady is there from 9 AM - 4 PM, super trustworthy, can be left alone if you need to step out.
Utilities Policy: Utilities (electricity, water, sewage, and gas) are provided by the company EPM and are included during your stay. Please note that if utility usage exceeds COP 800,000 during your 30-day rental period, any overage amount will be collected through Airbnb's Resolution Center. We encourage guests to be mindful of energy and water consumption during their stay.
