Bring the whole family to this spacious home in the capital of the Dominican Republic. Enjoy a large private pool, spacious backyard, outdoor shower, full outdoor bathroom, and half bathroom. The house includes a TV with Wi-Fi and Netflix, a beautiful kitchen adjacent to the living room, and ample living space. Smoking is prohibited inside, with a $500 fee for violations. The space
Private pool for your use (not fenced). There are 3 master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of the master bedrooms are on the first floor, and the third is upstairs with a jacuzzi. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the same floor. There is a half bathroom on the first floor.

Air Conditioning and Fans: Each bedroom has a mini-split AC unit and ceiling fans with remote control. All other common areas have ceiling fans with remote control. You can see the lamp fans and AC units in each room in our photos.

Outside, there is 1 outdoor shower, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. The home is fenced with a gate to enter the property and park.

Other things to note
The pool needs maintenance on an as-needed basis. Pool staff need to be able to access the backyard. They will knock first; however, if they are not let in, they will have access to the backyard only. We will aim to inform you of the scheduled pool maintenance the day before
