Welcome to your oasis in the desert! Located only 15 minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs, our newly renovated vacation home offers everything you need for unforgettable getaway with your family and friends.

Relax in our spacious backyard overlooking the desert mountains, featuring covered dining and game area, heated salt water pool and jetted spa with color changing LED lights, outdoor island with gas and charcoal grills, bar and large lounge area with firepit for breezy nights.

Spa heating is included in the cost of the booking. The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so it is available for an additional fee. It takes around 6-8 hours to heat the pool, so please requested at least 24hr prior to have the pool heated for your arrival. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool and spa.

Other things to note
Per Riverside County regulations, no outdoor music is allowed after 7PM. No speakers, music amplifiers, live music, DJ or karaoke are allowed outside or inside of the house AT ALL TIMES. Home equipped with noise and occupancy sensors which send notifications to hosts in case of unacceptable noise level. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Early check-ins and late check-outs have an extra fee of $50/hour and are subject to availability and approval.

Small pets are allowed. We charge $150/pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool and spa. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet(s) in advance.

No smoking inside the house - violations will be subject to a $1000 fine.

There are surveillance cameras installed outside of the property for security purposes.

Please note, regular pest control treatments are performed inside and outside of the house, with products safe for humans and pets. However, taking into count the house is in the desert, occasional insects can get into the backyard. Please keep the nets closed when you have the doors or windows open to prevent any insects from getting into the house.
