Please be aware that, due to our tropical location in the Philippines, encountering critters and insects such as ants is quite common. To help minimize their presence and ensure a comfortable stay, we kindly ask guests to clean surfaces after meals, keep the area tidy, and cover food when not in use. Additionally, please make sure to keep doors and windows closed when not in use and store all food securely in the fridge.
Our community is pet-friendly, and you may hear dogs barking occasionally—this is normal and part of the friendly neighborhood atmosphere.

Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the whole house during their stay including the village amenities such as the swimming pool (shared; 200 per pax), basketball court (shared) and park.
Other things to note
Please note: SMOKING is not allowed inside the house. Please smoke outside or in the garage.
To maintain freshness of smell inside the house, only light cooking is allowed and kindly avoid strong or smelly foods.
We will need identification (ID) of each guest/s to be forwarded to the village guards and main office prior check-in. Only registered guest/s will be allowed to check-in.
