The space
This warm chalet is simply perfect to ensure you get away from everyday life.

Enjoy a magnificent partial view of the river from the spacious terrace to admire the passing ships. Feel right at home in this intimate riverside neighborhood. You will appreciate the proximity of the access to the river and especially the magnificent sunsets and the beautiful strike to take long walks. To access the River from the cottage, head right into the alley. Before the hill, turn left and you'll see the concrete boat descent downhill leading to the River River.

Swimming is also possible and safe in low tide!
It is important to follow the tides so that you can easily access the river when they are low. Go to marees.gc. ca ( indicate the city Grondines in search) so you know when the tide is low and that is when you need to plan your steps or rest by the river.

The chalet has 2 very comfortable bedrooms, sleeping from 1 to 8 people (Ideally for 2 to 4 adults with or without children)
The 1st bedroom has two queen beds. The 2nd bedroom, intimate mezzanine type without door, has 1 queen bed and 2 single beds that can be converted into queen beds as needed.

From the chalet, you will have a PARTIAL view of the River allowing you to admire the boats and sunset.
The interior three-sided fireplace will delight you in winter and the exterior just as much in summer as in winter. Logs are provided (please bring firewood and paper).

Our place has everything you need for your stay; full bedding, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, fondue dish, filter coffee maker, kuerig coffee maker as well as everything you need to cook. ( please bring your beach towels and do not use the bath towels on the beach.)

A pac-man arcade, board games, sega game console, smart TV, and a second upstairs TV with a host of children's DVDs will enhance your stay.
A large garage that we give you access to in summer, spring and autumn will also allow you to play ping pong, dart and foosball and enjoy extra space with river views to keep you entertained.

Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and quad biking trails are nearby . Visit the vegetable market on Saturday summer, the bakery 5 minutes away and the portage mill during your stay . Check out our Guidebook on this page for all the details of things to do in the area.

In winter, the 4-WHEEL DRIVE vehicle is required in order to descend and climb the cliff easily that leads to the cottage. It is also possible to park your car up the coast near the garbage containers and access it on foot in just a few minutes ( bring your sled to make it easier to transport your equipment.
