Rental agreement and photo ID required within 24 hours of booking. Our home accommodates up to 6 adults with an additional 2 children (ages 12 and younger). All visiting guests need to be pre-approved for liability reasons, please message us with any requests.
We do have security cameras outside of the house. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed maximum occupancy of 8 persons (more than 6 adults.)
$500 security deposit HOLD will be placed on CC 1 day before arrival and will be released within 7 days of departure.

Other things to note
Parking: Outdoor parking in driveway may hold maximum 4 cars per our county short-term-rental ordinance.
Lake access: There is a gradual sloped walk from the house to the dock, please stay to the left of the solar lights as you walk along the path to stay on our property. Lake water depth levels may vary significantly, at "full-pool" there is 9' of water at the end of our dock, however it may go much lower determined by rain levels.
The dock: Please supervise all children on the dock and do not let them go on the top deck alone. The stairs up to the top deck are sturdy but narrow. Please use caution.
Boat slip: the dimensions of the slip are 20’L x 9’-6”W x 8’H.
Fishing: You may use our fishing poles that are located in the storage shed on the dock but please take good care of them so that others may enjoy them as well. Please put them back (in the condition you would want to find them) in the shed when you are finished and do not leave any bait on the dock or in the shed.
Kayaking: You may use our kayaks if you are wearing a life jacket (provided in the shed). Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to use the kayak without an adult. Please put it back where you found it and in the same condition. Keypad code is in the welcome book.
TV: There is a smart tv above the fireplace in the living room that looks like a framed painting. Use the remote to turn on the tv and when you turn it off it will go back to the painting photo.
The master bedroom and upstairs loft area also have smart TVs that you may stream from and Direct TV and/or YouTube TV.
Game Garage: Ping pong, shuffle board, poker table, dart board and putting green. Lawn games: bocce ball and frisbee. Yoga mats. Please do not leave kids unattended in the garage.
Kitchen: ALL food particles after meals and cooking need to be thrown in the trash, we DO NOT have a garbage disposal in our sink and any food particles down the drain can clog the septic system. Do not place hot pans directly on the countertop, use the trivets/pads provided. We provide salt, pepper, and olive oil, tinfoil for cooking. There is ground coffee, cream and sugar packets to get you started for a day or 2 but you may want to bring more. We provide 1 dishwasher tab per each night of your stay. If you need to run the dishwasher more than once a day you need to bring extra detergent. Please promptly clean up spills and splatters to avoid staining the white quartz.
