🌻 Come enjoy a peaceful nook of historic Oxford complete with gardens, decks, docks, boats, and modern amenities.
♨️ Grill out on the lakefront deck, or fish directly off the deck!
🛶 Jump in the lake, or take a kayak, paddle boat, or walk around the lake.

The space
🅿️ The property contains full and free parking area suited for two vehicles.
🎴Terraced steps with a stunning view of the lake lead down through the gardens to the front of the lake house.

🍇 Help yourself to the gardens which contain fruits (Grapes, and cherries), veggies (Rhubarb, green beans, zucchini, etc), and berries (Red/Black/White Currants, Aronia)

⚠️ Note: The berries are edible, but not all are sweet! The small red currants may look dangerous, but they are a delicious tart berry. Enjoy to your heart's content (Hint: the red currants are great for adding to cold cereal)!

Feel free to use the entire property, but please stay out of the storage shed by the parking lot.
The boathouse (next to the dock) has life vests, oars, hammock, additional chairs and dry firewood. Please return the items to the boat house when finished.

Other things to note
📏 If you are tall, you may notice that the ceilings in the cottage are a little low.

Please be sure you are able to climb the garden steps seen in the photos.

♿ Note: There is no handicap access.
