Our recently renovated cabin is a perfect place to gather with family and friends to relax and unwind. This peaceful cabin🏡 has the capacity to create many memories. Stay in or venture out where you can explore nature🌲or visit one of the many local attractions. An easy 5 minutes from Downtown🍽️🚂🛍️, you will be at the center of everything the North Georgia Mountains ⛰️and Southern Tennessee offers.

3 bathrooms each supplied with Bath Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner. Main level has washer dryer closet and hot tub towels

Basement:
Set up as a Game Room that includes a Bar with stainless steel mixing tools and ice bucket, 7 ft Pool Table, Foosball Table, South Park Pinball machine , upright Retro Arcade game, 75" Smart Roku TV with a Soundbar, Large Jenga block set, lots of boards games and jigsaw puzzles. There is a Futon Couch and Futon Chair for extra sleeping. Individual mini-split A/C for comfort

FAQ:
- No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
- Pets Allowed. Renter will be responsible for any damages

- One Security Camera (Facing Parking area only)
- Paved Road to Cabin, easy drive with no steep cliffs or drop offs
- Gravel Parking for up to 5 cars
- Central Heating and Air. Upstairs and Basement bedrooms and Basement main room have additional mini-split for more precise temperature control and comfort
