Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 4 bed 3.5 bath home. Lg brand new fully stocked kitchen{Heated} pool (10ftmaxdpth) & lg backyard w/ creek. Tons of outdoor space to enjoy & you'll even see some wildlife around property. This home offers plenty of space & privacy. The lower level has a pool table & other games.
We are 2.3 miles from Austin Straubel Airport/Oneida Casino
3.3 miles to Lambeau Field, Resch Center, Titletown.
There is tons of entertainment & dining a short drive in any direction.

The space
This home was recently completed remodeled. The home features a large living room, kitchen and dining on the main floor with a large deck off of the dining area. The kitchen is stocked with every item you will need to cook a small meal to a large meal. The main floor has 2 beds and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a 1/2 bath by the back door that leads around to the back yard and pool area. The main floor also offers a laundry area.
The stairs lead down to a large living space with pool table, games, basketball, air hockey and small bar area. There are two bedrooms with a full bathroom in between in the lower level walkout. The patio door leads out to another patio space with a pond.
The back yard has a large green area with tons of trees and flowers. There is a small creek that goes through the backyard.
The garage is heated and there is plenty of room for parking in the long driveway.
Pool has a shallow end (3-4ft) with the steps and then slowing does deeper- deep end max depth around 10ft. There are life jackets provided in the garage and pool toys. Please practice safe swimming and keep the pool area locked when not in use.
There is a door bell camera and blink cameras on the property for safety of the property in between guests.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Other things to note
Pets are not allowed at the property- you will be charged $500 and vacated from the property immediately.

Do not charge electric vehicles, the property isn’t set up for that.
