Only one small dog can stay.The cost is 2500 yen.We provide cages for pets to rest in the cage.
There are cages, toilets, toilet seats, bags that don't smell, and dishes.Please bring towels and beds for pets with you.

You can access a flat road from the bus stop in 7 minutes on foot.Please be careful not to miss the number of buses.

We are located on the first floor of the apartment.You may hear some footsteps from the upper floor.If you are nervous about sound, please refrain from staying.

Check-in
Please check in between 15:00 and 21:00.
It is a very quiet residential neighborhood.Please refrain from checking in after 21:00 as it will cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
Check out
Please check out by 10: 00.
Cleaning staff will be here after 10am.If you do not check out after 10 o'clock, we will charge a penalty of 2000 yen per extra time of 15 minutes.
Things to note about using the veranda
Chat on the veranda is until 19 o'clock to prevent trouble with surrounding residents.
About smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside, including e-cigarettes.
Please smoke outside on the veranda.Please do not smoke at the entrance or parking lot.
Please smoke on the veranda after 19 o'clock.
About garbage dump
Please do not use the garbage disposal of the apartment.We will collect your garbage from here, so please keep it in the house.
Accommodating guests for consecutive nights
Towels and sheets are not changed, so please wash and use them in the washing machine.
We will not clean during your stay.
Garbage collection will be done if you wish, so please consult with us.
About bugs
There are many greenery around, so there are insects.If you don't like it, please be careful.
We are taking measures against insects, but it may come in together when the entrance and windows are opened and closed.
If you don't want to see insects at all, please refrain from staying.

Security cameras are installed in the entrance for guidance from the health center.
Other items
Please adhere to the following rules.Violators may be charged a fine.
1. If you use it inappropriately and get too dirty, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.
2. If we find any missing or damaged supplies, we may have to charge you for the cost.
3. If more than the number of guests are confirmed, we will charge an additional fee of 10,000 yen per person.(We will check the number of guests with security cameras in front of the entrance)
4. Please sort your trash as described in the trash can.
5. Please wash the dishes and utensils used.
6. Please refrain from removing the smell from yakiniku in the room for a few days.
7. Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.
8. Smoking is only allowed on the veranda.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, at the door and in the parking lot.
About the check-in process
There is no resident manager at this facility.
Please take the key to the entrance from the key box.
We provide an iPad for check-in.
