The space
This thoughtfully arranged studio maximizes comfort and function. The sleeping area features a heavy-duty pull-out bed and a sofabed, blackout curtains, and inverter air conditioning. A dining/study table, fast WiFi, and smart projector make the space great for work or relaxing.

The kitchen includes an induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, cookware, and utensils. The bathroom features a hot shower and bidet.

⚠️ Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 4 guests only, including adults, children, infants, and visitors. For the comfort and safety of all guests, exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted at any time.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire unit, including the sleeping area, bathroom, living space, and kitchen.

Please note:
• Guest registration may be required by the building administration upon arrival.
• Storage areas and any locked cabinets are reserved for owner use only.

• The unit is intended for registered guests only. Unregistered visitors or additional overnight guests are not allowed.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and building common areas.
• Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted in the unit.
• Please avoid entering elevators or hallways while wet after using the pool to keep shared areas safe and clean.
• Kindly ensure doors are properly closed when entering or leaving the unit for security and safety.
• Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the unit and its furnishings. Any damage, missing items, or violations of building rules may be subject to additional charges.
