Unit 31 at the JTU Residences is one of the apartments in the 3rd floor of a mid-rise apartment building. Centrally located within the Central Business District of La Trinidad, it serves as a second home to visitors in the highland metropolis that is the Baguio-La Trinidad area.

At the moment, the most convenient exit road from the area is a dirt road with a sloping end. As such, sedans may be at risk of running aground when exiting the area.

The space
It is centrally located, making it convenient for guests to go about their business around town. For those on a leisurely vacation, tourist sites in the Baguio-La Trinidad area are easily accessible from the residence. For those on a business trip, the business centers of Baguio City and La Trinidad are easily accessible too.

Please note that the unit is located on the second floor, it is accessible via a short flight of stairs.
