Welcome to Johnson City Base Camp! This spacious guest suite occupies the entire walk out basement of a house. It features a private entrance, full kitchen, laundry room, private driveway and tons of space for you to relax and make yourself feel at home.

The central location makes it easy to get just about anywhere in Johnson City in a matter of minutes.

The space
Your guest suite is around 1100 square feet of space with an open floor plan design. Whether you’re staying for a couple of days or a month this basement apartment has the amenities for a comfortable, convenient and relaxing stay.

The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, oven, glass cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and sink. It is stocked with dishes and silverware for six guests, along with basic supplies like pots & pans, cutting board, knives, baking sheet, utensils, wine/beer opener and a Keurig coffee maker.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your private use. Please bring your own laundry detergent or there is detergent available to purchase from our laundry mini-bar.

The two bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the space. The master bedroom has a queen bed, chest of drawers, nightstand, TV and a small closet. The bathroom is attached to the master bedroom.

The smaller bedroom has a full size bed. There is also a queen size inflatable air mattress which can be set up if you need it.

The living room features a 50” 4K ultra high def smart TV, a comfy couch, a closet to hang clothes and a loveseat with a pull out bed. Please note that the pullout bed is shorter than a standard bed and is best suited for children.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire basement apartment (except for one locked closet). You’ve also got your own private driveway and entrance.

Other things to note
Before booking please be aware that there are some low clearance spots in this apartment. The ceiling is a normal height throughout most of the space but the ceiling is only six feet in the bathroom and in a couple of spots where ventilation duct is in the ceiling.

This space is not recommended for guests who are six feet or taller ( 1.8 meters).

Please note that there is one single 11-inch (27 cm) step at the entrance to the bathroom.

A family lives upstairs in a completely separate unit. They do their best to be as quiet as possible for guests but some noises such as footsteps are unavoidable.
