The space
Welcome to a true Jersey City GEM where modern meets character. This exposed brick condo is filled with natural light from large windows and skylights, and features 10+ ft ceilings and recessed lighting throughout.

Stairs in the Home:
This unit is on the second floor and requires stairs to access. Interior stairs connect the two levels of the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the Bergen-Lafayette area of Jersey City and is an up-and-coming neighborhood known for its rich Black and Latino culture.

While some areas may appear less polished than others, the community is welcoming and full of character and creativity.

It’s a diverse and lively community that may feel unfamiliar to some, and we’re proud to be part of this evolving and authentic part of Jersey City.

Guest access
--No Visitors or Guests--
We do not allow any visitors inside the home except the individuals staying in the home.

--Early Check-In & Check-Out Policy--
We’re happy to offer early check-in when available! For a $40 fee, guests may check in as early as 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM, depending on the day’s schedule. This must be requested and paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure proper coordination.

Please note: Late check-out is not available, as we need time to prepare the space for incoming guests.

--Things to keep in Mind--
⭒Please keep in mind that this a multi-dwelling residential home. Because it is an older home, sometimes loud sounds or heavy footsteps travel.
Please be mindful of your noise level.

⭒Please be mindful of our other tenants. It is not a hotel. Treat the apartment with love and respect.

⭒There is free parking available on the street. Be mindful of street sweeping rules so you do not get a ticket. The sweeper passes almost everyday and it passes by very early.

⭒We love our neighborhood and city! Keep in mind, however, that we live in a large city in New Jersey —there can be noise such as cars, sirens, dogs.

⭒There is a bus stop directly in front of the home so there may be people waiting for the bus standing awkwardly outside lol.
