JazzAbor is a 1 bedroom kitchen unit on the second floor of a building in a serene locality near hotel Radisson Blu. This unit can accommodate 3 guests.

Suitable for anybody on a workation or a vacation looking to escape the tedious and noisy everyday life. It also has a terrace garden which is a shared space.

The space
• JazzAbor is conveniently located by the National Highway, just 20 mins from the airport which makes it away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Convenient option for airport goers or anyone who is using Ghy as a pit stop to travel further east. You skip the entire traffic. Trust me it’s a nuisance inside the city.
• Blinkit/Zomato/Swiggy are serviceable
• Radisson Blu - Right across, only a 5-minute walk for coffee or if you would like to dine fancy or just grab a drink at the bar there.
• Wine Shop - Across from Radisson on the service lane to pick up drinks to enjoy later during your stay.
• Dining - Popular ethnic eatery, Nagameez, just 5 minutes by car or a 15-minute walk, located at a distance of 2.4 kms only. There are other dhaba style eateries as well on the service lane which is at walking distance.
• Salon - Convenient unisex salon nearby.
• Building Setup: Located on the 2nd floor, with 5 other family-run listings in the building.
• Guests have access to a shared terrace garden with seating, great for socializing or enjoying solitude.
• Smoking Policy: No Smoking Indoors - Smoking allowed only on the balcony with a designated area designed for outdoor use.

The terrace is accessible to the the guests of JazzAbor but it is a shared space.

Other things to note
1. We DON'T facilitate early check-in.

2. We don't have a bell boy. Your luggages are your own responsibility. But if need be and you need help with your luggage, you can let us know before so we can arrange some help.

3. There is no ELEVATOR

3. For power back up, we have INVERTER and not a GENERATOR. In case of power cuts (which is very rare), the AC doesn't work but every other appliance does including the fan.

4. We serve better when you treat us with respect. We only understand the language of love.

5.The guests are requested to keep the place clean through out their stay.

6. Laundry Service in the property, however, we charge ₹200 for 1 load.

8. The terrace and the main gate closes by 11:00 pm .

9. Please do not litter and please close the terrace door behind you as there are monkeys and they are a menace here.

10. Lastly, we are pretty sure that you will have a wonderful time staying with us and that you will leave the place as tidy as you found it for the next guests. :)

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is friendly. It is quiet and is surrounded by small hills all around. It is safe and people are quite nice. The hotel Radisson Blu is a 5 mins walk from the property and can be seen standing out majestically from the terrace of the property.

There are many other eating joints nearby.

*There is a very popular eatery, Fat Belly that serves all kinds of momos. There are many other eateries and food joints available on the service lane , right opposite to Radisson Blu.

*There are two wine shops too and the Highway runs right behind the property.

*There are a few Dhabas like
Hemlata Dhaba, Whistling Woods and Eglantine for a very Dhaba style food. Among the three I recommend Hemlata better than the others.

*There is a small bake shop too on the same 250 mt radius, called Apple Pie that serves good kulhad wali chai(tea in clay cup) and other bakery items.
