The space
The downstairs area consists of:
A bedroom at the front of the house with en-suite shower room, ideal for anyone with reduced mobility (please note this room is not disabled friendly due to the size of the room).
The rest of the downstairs is all open plan. The lounge area has a 3 seater & 2 seater sofa, plus a separate chair so can easily seat 6 comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a kettle . The dining area is to the rear and has French doors looking out to the garden space. An ideal space to ‘Work From Home’ especially given the electric point at the table and USB point for charging devices .
You are able to take your meals inside at the table or al fresco in the rear garden, which has two lovely patio areas, one with table and chairs and one with a low table and two chairs (see photo's).
The garden is secluded and is privately fenced. The garden is accessed via UPVC French doors and is perfectly situated for the sun to take breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors or relax and enjoy drinks on a summer afternoon or evening and watch the sun set on one of the patios, depending on the time of the day.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with washer /dishwasher/fridge freezer/electric oven and hob, six-seater dining table.
Full connectivity WIFI is available throughout the house. Various USB charging points are located around the house and at the side of all the double beds.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, two doubles and one with bunk beds, each with Smart LED TV’s, WI-FI, crisp new bedding and towels.
The main shower room is also located up here . You may possibly work together but in this house you are able to choose whether to spend your down time relaxing alone or together.
There is an iron and ironing board at the property for your convenience.
PARKING
There is a drive directly to the front of the property suitable for 1 large or 2 medium sized cars. Street parking is limited but if busy there is a payable car park is located at the end of the road on Grant Street (post code DN35 8AZ). You can park here for free after 6pm and up to 8am, 7 days a week.
*8 hours of paid daytime car parking is only £3!
This house is ‘good to go’! Fully self-contained modern ‘home from home’, just put your bags down and settle in.
There are many options of home food deliveries from deli’s, restaurants and take-always, so that just leaves you to sort the drinks!

*There is an electrical vehicle charger point at the property (to the left side of the front door) which is pass-code protected, it is free to use during your stay.Please contact me on the given contact details to obtain the pass-code.
*we only provide one bath towel per guest booked (if you require more or a bigger bath sheet please bring with you )
*Please do not plug a car charger into any of the house sockets as this will likely cause it to trip!
