Located a few steps from Syracuse, with a splendid view over the city, the apartment offers a large open space with a lawn surrounded by a garden with olive trees, oranges, lemons and prickly pears. A quiet area just a few minutes from the Syracusan nightlife and the most beautiful beaches of south-eastern Sicily.
Reach us with your car or your motorbike and you can visit a different beach every day or enjoy the good country air.

The space
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa.
There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and the living area, with a sofa bed, table and kitchen. All around the house there is a large walkable space with laundry room, a wood oven and a brick barbecue and then the lawn where you can relax. Depending on the season, it is possible to collect the fruit available directly from the trees in the countryside (white mulberries, black mulberries, oranges, prickly pears, lemons).
