Sparkling white and soothing neutrals make this 36m2 room a tranquil haven. Entirely private, not overlooked by any neighbors. It's just you and the sea.


THE TERRACE

Wake up to a coffee on your tranquil terrace with just the sound of the waves. Thru the double sliding doors enjoy meals in the sun and the view of sardine fishermen bobbing in the sea.


THE BEACH AND GARDENS

You have a choice of 3 swimming pool areas - two by the beach, and one up in the sheltered garden out of the wind. Pools open from April to November, see details in listing photos.

The outside entry hall is supervised by RING doorbell camera.

The community also has security cameras that can be activated at any time in the entry halls, front door, garage, common spaces, pool, garden, street.
