Enjoy stunning lake views (no direct lake access from the house) at our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom getaway! Relax and play with fantastic amenities, including access to a private club with beaches and playgrounds.

* Smart TVs: Fire TVs in all bedrooms, Roku with Guest Mode in all bedrooms and living room. Enjoy streaming your favorites!
* Live TV: Over-the-air TV from NYC (missing ABC) available on Fire TVs.

* Laundry: Washer and dryer free for guest use.
*Exercise Bike in the living room.
* Cooling/Heating: Air conditioning with bedroom window units and a large A/C and heat pump unit in the living room. Use the heat pump as the primary heat source. Thermostat oil heat available as a backup (must be used with heat pump).
Club Access:
Enjoy numerous beaches, playgrounds, and other amenities at the private lake club! Guest passes are required. $2 per person per day, payable in cash at the clubhouse. Lifeguards on duty at club beaches (summer only).
Parking & Access:
Parking for 4 cars at the top of the property. Guests must use the stairs to access the house; do not use the steep driveway. One car can be parked as well at the top of the driveway. Park all cars nose or tail in when using the parking pad to maximize space.

Guest access
Property Access & Important Information
Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of three locked owner storage closets and four marked cabinets.
* Lake Access: The back deck overlooks the lake, but guests cannot access the lake directly from the property. The area beyond the back deck is fenced off, and trespassing beyond this point is strictly prohibited.
* Lake Club Access: Lake access, including beaches and boat docks, is available through the private lake club. Club beaches have lifeguards for most of the summer season. A fee of $2 per person, per day, is payable in cash at the club for access to all club amenities (beaches, clubhouse, etc.).
* Parking & Entry: Parking is available on the designated parking pad at the road, with room for four cars. The steep driveway is only to be used at the top, it is roped off halfway down. Access to the house is via a staircase leading down from the parking pad. Guests must be able to walk stairs.
*You MUST send each guests name and car plate w/ state 48 prior to check in, REQUIRED by lake HOA. The lake has private security and this is mandatory.

* Lake Access: This property offers a lake view, but there is no lake access from the house. The area beyond the fenced portion of the property is private, and proceeding past the fence constitutes trespassing.
*Sunroom isn't heated during the winter
* Club Access: Access to the lake, beaches, and other club amenities is available through the private lake club. A contract is required prior to arrival; the owner will provide this to you. The fee is $2 per person, per day, payable directly to the club.
* Parking: Parking is available on the designated parking pad at the top of the property, with space for four vehicles. Guests must use the stairs to access the house. The driveway is only to be used at the top and not past the roped off hill.
* Property Owner: This property is owned and operated by Buckeye Devils LLC.
* No Theft: Theft will be reported to the authorities. Any missing items will be restocked at full retail price, plus a $250 restocking fee, which will be charged directly to the guest via Airbnb.
