📜 Terms & Conditions
1. 50% non-refundable down payment required to confirm booking (Airbnb bookings are considered final).
2. ₱3,000 refundable security deposit required.
3. Valid ID & vehicle plate number must be presented to staff/caretaker.
4. Property must be maintained clean; ₱1,000 penalty for an unclean kitchen.
5. Pool hours: 7:00 AM–11:59 PM.
6. Microphone use ends strictly at 10:00 PM. Staff will retrieve the mic after this time. This follows the national videoke ordinance limiting use until 10:00 PM.
7. No external speakers allowed.
8. Excessive noise prohibited (music, shouting, videoke after 10PM).
9. Roof deck is strictly OFF-LIMITS.
10. DO NOT leave KIDS unsupervised/unattended.

• Termination of stay,
• Forfeiture of deposit, and/or
• Loss of rental fees.
