The 5th wheel is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay, making it a wonderful option for couples, solo travelers, or a small group looking for a quiet mountain getaway. The space
There is one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with twin xl bunk beds, and the living area has a convertable spineless sofa that pulls out to a floor mattress. The kitchen has some pots and pans and a full silverware drawer. Plates, bowls, spatulas, mixing spoons, coffee mugs, and regular cups. Tea kettle, coffee pot and coffee stocked. The fire ring is propane. Outside picnic table and sun shade with juniper trees.
Guest access
5th wheel booking has access to fire pit area and horse paddocks (if booking those as well.) I ask that you stay away from the rental house and our main house area and horses to maintain safety and privacy.
Other things to note
We are in the high desert of southern Colorado. It is very dry and dusty. There are venomous and non venomous snakes, coyotes, mountain lions, bears, and the occasional scorpion. Please be aware and do not leave garbage outside unattended. No smoking of any kind, no fireworks or open flames.
