The space
Grace House is a comfortable two-bedroom home features two private en-suite bathrooms, offering convenience and privacy for guests. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the dining area, living room, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a bright and welcoming space for relaxing or entertaining.

A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a dedicated laundry closet just off the kitchen. Outside, guests can enjoy a fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing in a private outdoor setting.

Guests have full access to Grace House, the main house on the property, as well as exclusive access to the backyard and swimming pool.
The backyard and pool are completely private and reserved solely for the use of Grace House guests throughout their stay.

Other things to note
Please note that Grace House is a ground-floor accommodation and serves as the main residence on a property that also includes two additional dwellings. Each dwelling has its own private entrance and dedicated outdoor space, ensuring a high level of privacy for all guests. There are no shared common areas or grounds between the accommodations. Also the outside deck is scheduled to be replaced in October 2026.
