Comfy bed for better sleep

Located overlooking the lovely Patterson Park and close to Canton & Fells Point this is a great spot for a Baltimore visit! This large and newly renovated Baltimore rowhouse less than 10 min from the Inner Harbor, Johns Hopkins main campus, Bayview, Fells Point, Canton. We invite you to stay in a lovely private apartment oasis on the top floor of the row house that has stunning views of the park and access to a balcony and large rooftop deck for lounging or dining.

The space
This newly build location houses a master bedroom with a private balcony and full bath, a living area with a kitchenette, fold out couch, swing, loft bed, and fabulous views. A second brand new bathroom hosts a clawfoot tub for soaking. Guests are welcome to use the large rooftop deck - though you may be sharing with your hosts (Heather & Jimmy) occasionally!

The house is located on the east side of Patterson Park which is walking distance from restaurants, bars, Creative Alliance art center and music venue, the harbor, and more. We have one parking spot behind the house that can be available for your request. There is usually easy parking available around the park for additional spots.

Other things to note
The first 2 floors of the house may be used for small events from time to time. The house is well soundproofed and nothing will go late into the evening. If you are interested in using the larger space or roof deck for a gathering please reach out to make arrangements separately. There are several flights of stairs in the house.

You'll see TONS of people out in the park walking their pups, playing tennis, playing social sports, picnicking, and much more! We are directly across the street from the tennis courts. Close to downtown.

My husband and I just fully renovated a historic rowhouse with stunning views and a great set-up that is perfect for visitors! I also love cheese & red wine!
