Inside, two bedrooms include king sized beds, each exuding comfort and luxury. One boasts a king ensuite with a lavish attached bathroom. The third bedroom invites you to unwind in cozy twin beds. All bedrooms are adorned with Smart TVs with Roku streaming devices, blackout curtains, closets, and phone chargers.
The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, where culinary adventures await. Whip up a gourmet meal or craft cocktails at the darling built-in bar, perfect for entertaining and creating unforgettable memories. A. No pets/No smoking/No vaping. Please understand I can't allow service animals due a severe epi-pen allergy.
B. This is not “deemed” a child-proofed property. Please understand that I do not have proper child-proofing, such as outlet covers, locked cabinets, blind cord covers, etc.
C. No confetti. $500 cleanup fee.

The guidebook will showcase everything to do in the area, including restaurants and activities.
LOCATION:
The location is my favorite thing about the property. Enjoy marsh views with amazing breezes and convenience of a central location. The entire island is only 2.5 miles long and the entire island is accessible by a golf cart and/or bikes.

GETTING AROUND THE ISLAND:
Tybee Island is only 2.5 miles long, so getting around our island is dreamy. The entire island is bike and golf cart accessible.

PLEASE NOTE: Hurricane season is June 1 through November 30. All guests are encouraged to get travel insurance, as there are no refunds issued. Travel insurance compensates you for trip costs and money you spend due to unforeseen events, such as a hurricane, before and during your trip. This is especially important during hurricane season and to protect you from any unforeseen event. When you book via Airbnb, you may add travel insurance or there are several other brands on the market that are easy to find.
**EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND SERVICE ANIMALS** Please note that due to severe personal and immediate family member allergies I am unable to accommodate emotional support animals of any kind and the presence of such on the property are grounds for immediate cancellation without refund. If you are planning on traveling with a properly documented and registered service animal, I respectfully request that you look for other accommodations in the area that are pet friendly.
