This large, beautiful one bedroom apartment with separate study in the inner north offers proximity to the best of Melbourne and a luxurious retreat for your visit.


Tram route 11 stop at door or short walk to Merri / Rushall train station & several bus routes makes for easy access to city. Easy access to Edinburgh gardens, CERES, many coffee shops & restaurants. Situated next to the Merri Creek walking / cycling track

The space
Superb location, lovely floor to ceiling windows allowing loads of natural light with block out or sheer blinds for privacy.


Living area with a 3-seater sofa, (which can be used as a bed for the extra person) entertainment unit with a 55” flat screen Smart TV and sound bar and aircon.
- Dining area has simple, practical dining set with four chairs.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, Maxwell & Williams tableware and dinnerware, Tefal cookware, and chic kettle and toaster.
- Pantry has tea, coffee and a few basic pantry items for your convenience
- Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer provided for guests
- Laundry has a washer and dryer or a clothes line in the courtyard as well as a clothes airer
- Secure parking space for 1 car in basement and EV charger available if required - even a car wash and dog wash should you need it.

For longer stays cleaning is available mid stay at a cost of $130 per clean. Please advise at time of booking if required

There is a queen bed and the sofa is a comfy option for two single friends or a child traveling with their parents for example.
