Beautiful and walkable

Fistral View is perfectly located to enjoy easy access to Fistral beach, Newquay Harbour and the golf course, all of which are only a gentle 5-10 minute walk. In fact the path to Fistral beach is seconds from the front door! Local restaurants/shops are also in close walking distance.
The house is newly refurbished creating a clean, smart finish, boasting beautiful sea views and we have provided window seats and a balcony to enjoy these.
Fistral View has the space to suit families or friends.

The space
Fistral View is a terraced modern town house with spacious accommodation across 4 floors. It provides 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 persons.
The front of the house is very close to the Fistral beach coast path, in fact it is only seconds away !
As you enter the front door, there is a large airy entrance hall leading on to the living areas.
The lounge/dining room is light and sunny providing a dining area with seating for 8, along with comfy sofas and a window seat to relax in. There is a large smart TV for you to log in to your Netflix, Amazon Prime channels etc, and a DVD player. We have also included some board games for those rainy days…
The kitchen has been equipped with all the appliances we think you will need: oven/hob, fridge-freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. There is a small welcome package of basics on your arrival, so you can have a hot or cold drink whilst you’re settling yourself in.
We also provide dishwasher tablets, washing detergent/conditioner and salt/pepper, cooking oil and kitchen roll/tin foil. There is hand-wash throughout.
There are 4 well placed bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 on the top floor, has double aspect windows, providing lots of light and gorgeous sea views. This room also has the added wow factor of a balcony to soak up the view and sun. It has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2 is situated at the front of the house on the middle floor, it’s a beautifully light room with a king size bed and has the benefit of a window seat to enjoy the sea views or people watch. It has access to a shower room on the same floor.
Bedroom 3 also on the middle floor is to the rear of the house, it has a super-king size bed which can also be separated into 2 large singles on request. It has access to a shower room on the same floor.
Bedroom 4 is tucked away on the lower ground floor of the house, it has a king size bed and en-suite shower room. It also includes a Smart Tv and comfy chairs to relax in. Perhaps the perfect room for guests wanting to escape the rest of the house !
All bedrooms have their own hair drier and all the bathrooms have heated towel rails, mirror and shaver/tooth brush point. We also provide shower mats, bath sheets and hand towels.
The rear of the house provides parking for two vehicles and you can access the house from the back door.
The house includes an integral lockable garage which can be used to store your surf/golf equipment etc. The garage also has a short hose to remove excess sand from surf wear and feet! Plus hanging lines for you to dry your wetsuits.

Fistral View has a lot to offer in terms of location and flexible accommodation.

A travel cot, high chair and baby bath can be provided on request.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house including a lockable garage for storage of beach, surf and golf gear. There is a cold water tap in the garage to clean off wetsuits and equipment.
We have also provided hanging lines in the garage to aid the drying of wetsuits.

Other things to note
Parking for 2 vehicles is provided at the property.

Neighborhood highlights

Fistral View is located away from the hustle and bustle of Newquay town centre, it is ideally located for Fistral beach and Newquay harbour, with the town and restaurants still in easy walking distance.
Fistral beach (famous for surfing) is extremely close to the house. No need to worry about queuing for car-parking !

Newquay Harbour is also a short stroll down the road, ideal for fishing trips or to sample some street food offerings in their pop up restaurants.

The Town Centre is less than a 5 minute walk, including the Sainsburys Supermarket for the majority of your shopping needs.

There are also places for surf hire/surf schools, close by.

Fistral View has been in our family for over 20 years, so we absolutely recognise its amazing location, easy access to Fistral beach, Newquay golf course and the harbour. In 2021/22 we fully renovated Fistral View creating a house that’s spacious and we styled it to suit both families and friends, making it a comfortable stay for all.
