Work out & dance in ‘studio 54’ (front house no 49) with free steam room. Or book & walk up to panoramic sea view cabin (first 2 pics) with Finnish sauna & whirlpool. The space
Main tiny annexe house (3rd pic onwards) is self-contained for your exclusive stay for your party of up to 3/4 guests. It comes with its own entrance tucked to rear of main block with shared front and back gardens. At top of the plot you find our sauna cabin with panoramic sea views across Brighton (cover pic) and whirlpool bath outside which again can be booked for your exclusive use - here we may have 1/2 more stay if notified with names and ages and you approve updated price. From the front you can walk down to the sea in 5 min. The top at the back of the plot borders onto East Brighton Park and the Sussex Downs National Park for long walks and magnificent views all across Brighton with only one street in-between. This is what Airbnb used to be: wild, adventurous and cheap (for all it offers :)

Live like a local tucked away with a countryside feel but with modern Spa experience and still in close reach to hustle and bustle of Marina and Brighton city centre with free on-street parking and electric car charging overnight from an accessible household socket 33p per kWh). E-bikes for hire, too.

Full use of all facilities within the self-contained tiny annexe house (exclusive). Slide into your outdoor steam room for free from your bedroom window or go around to it - just book self service. Half a day’s notice required for panoramic lounge hosted by sauna master in Finnish sauna cabin with stove oils and comforting ice cubes :) and calming views to sea and South Downs OR to set up small, idyllic eco-friendly hot or ice-cold whirlpool bathtub for 2 with your own chlorine-free fresh water - either is £60 extra per 2hrs exclusive session (plus sauna including sauna master for 1st round). Pool table and washing machine free and accessible by arrangement with main house. Check out our price list for e-bikes and water sports equipment with access to our motor / fun boat to build your own island out on the sea.

Other things to note
To achieve the extensive main space in the tiny house, there are height restrictions in the Mezzanine / sleeping area (best avoid too abrupt movements as walls are not padded throughout) and below wet room and small kitchenette (1.85m standing) with fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, sink, dishwasher and microwave-combi oven (functions as both microwave and oven). Two people may prefer to sleep on the comfy sofabed downstairs instead on a small 5cm high podium (be aware trip hazard for some but would miss out on the skylight views :)

From us you can walk back down to famous Concorde 2 music club on Kemptown seafront, nude beach and Marina in only 8 minutes with lots of restaurants, 24 hr shopping, David Lloyds gym and sea life activities. Ask us about our extensive water sports hire out in sea such as paddleboard yoga, kayak, wind surfing with access to our service / fun motor boat (weather / playlist permitting)
