Cozy apartment with balcony in the spa district of Bad Kreuznach.
You can reach your next travel domicile via your locked underground parking space (including bicycle parking space) before you take the elevator to the 3rd floor. There you will find the lovingly furnished approx. 50 sqm apartment with balcony, living/dining area, bedroom, hallway, kitchen and shower-bath. The apartment is intended for 2 people, can be extended to 3 people with an additional full bed.

The space
Start your day in "Apartment 311", located in the spa district, with a cozy breakfast on the balcony in the fresh morning air, and enjoy the quiet away from street and flight noise. To do this, you will find the common utensils in the kitchen such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and fridge with freezer compartment.

When the hunger comes, use the kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob and high quality fissler cookware or you can be pampered in various cafes and restaurants nearby.
Then end the day on the balcony or on the new couch with a relaxing chair with a local wine, regional Kirner beer or Salinenbräu.
The bathroom, renovated in 2022, can hopefully score with you with the almost walk-in shower, free toiletries, fluffy towels, and a hairdryer.
The bedroom attracts with a double bed, a large wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the balcony. So that you spend a good night's sleep, I offer you a selection of different filling materials and heat levels of the oversized ceilings, as well as different pillow sizes. You will sleep on new high-quality 7-zone pocket spring mattresses with a hardness of 3 and two separately adjustable slatted frames.
There are also cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaners, irons and ironing boards in the apartment, as well as a communal washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee.
Your relaxation and well-being is important to me. To relieve you of some of the burden, I offer you free care products in the bathroom, fresh linens, as well as a box of sparkling water.

Since Bad Kreuznach is a health resort, a tourist tax of €3.50 per day and per person (over 18 years) must be paid in cash on site. This tax is incurred in addition and must be collected from each accommodation. As a landlord, I therefore have no influence on the tax and only pass it on to the city in trust.
