Welcome to VT’s most beautiful lakefront property! Relax in one of many Adirondack chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. Just imagine having one of VT’s premier lakefront wedding venues all to yourself. Just bring the s’mores to toast at our lakeside fire pit. You certainly will not be disappointed! Please read the full description about the rental prior to booking.

The space
Our 1 bedroom unit is attached to the main house, but is a completely separate unit with its own entrance, small kitchen, living/dining areas, and bathroom. There are no shared spaces with the main home. The home faces west and is set right on the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain. It is scattered with adirondack chairs to enjoy peaceful morning coffee and magnificent evening sunsets. We operate the historic barn that is located on the property as a wedding venue, but if this unit is available to rent, that means there are no events taking place during your stay and you will be the only guests staying in the property. There is a small dock and water access to launch your kayaks, paddle boards, etc. The only complaint we ever hear is that there is no sink in the bathroom, so please don’t book if this is going to be an issue. There is a large sink in the kitchen with a mirror inside the cabinet door. Also the living room has a small step up, and there are 3 stairs up to access the bathroom, so unfortunately not a great choice if stairs are an issue. It definitely is our little slice of heaven! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
