Enjoy this well maintained fully furnished house in a gated exclusive village in the city. You may hold small events in this spacious house or just spend the night or two for transient stay. Very Close to Metro Antipolo Hospital, St. Therese of the Child Jesus Parish Church, SM Masinag and Ayala Malls Feliz. Feet away from restaurants, supermarkets. Accessible to commuters.

The space
If you are looking for a place to stay or hold your event, this house is perfect for small gatherings, transient or vacationing family from abroad or the province. We can accommodate 12 persons or more (please note that we will charge a minimal amount for extra head after the 12th person). Also ideal for office team building.

There's a laundromat available in the property for guests who wish to do their laundry during their stay.

Photo shoot including pre-nup and wedding preparation - 12,000 / night plus 12,000 security deposit

The property is located in the main road of the village. Guests can easily find stores, eaterys during their stay. Feel safe and secure as the house is very near to the main gate where there is 24/7 security and roving guards are always round the clock.

You can walk from the house to SM Masinag if you feel like spending some time in the nearest mall. 10 minutes away from the next mall Ayala Feliz and the village is just across Metro Antipolo Hospital.
