ADDRESS:
You will see our exact address once you complete your reservation.

ARRIVING:
When you arrive to the property, you can park on the driveway.
You will see an electronic lock in the front door.

DOOR CODE: We will send you the door code one day before your arrival.

CHECK IN:
Check In time is at 4:00PM. Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe.

CHECK OUT:
Check out is at 11:00 AM, please be concient of this rule so we can get in there and get it ready for the next guest.

PARKING:
There is plenty of parking space in front of the house.

RULES:
Please make sure you read and agree with our House Rules.
NO SMOKING: Inside the property. $500 Fine
NO PARTIES: We dont allow parties under any circumstances, this is a residential neighborhood and we will terminate your reservation and call the police if you break this rule. $500 Fine
POOL: No glass inside the pool.

TV:
This property 4 Smart TV there is Netflix, Hulu, Disney +. Simply press the corresponding button on the remote for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You will need to login into your account.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
Please note that the house has security cameras that cover only the exterior areas of the property. They remain on and in operation at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the traveler. We have 1 camera in the front door, 2 on the sides and one on the backyard.
