This accommodation offers:
·1 Bedroom-Living Room: With a double bed and a sofa bed. It has a large built-in closet and shoe rack in the accommodation.

· The living room overlooks the community garden and has morning sun (east-facing).
· Well-furnished and equipped independent kitchen.
· The apartment has a Smart-TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, and it's very bright in the morning.
· It has a large private and community pool for adults and another for children open during the summer, all within the private and community grounds. The pool season is from mid-June to mid-September.
· If you have a bicycle, you can bring yours and store it in the community's bicycle room, which is accessible from the inside. You can enjoy long walks on the beach.
· Located 170 meters from the beach (less than 5 minutes on foot), 640 meters from the city center 'Paseo Larios' and next to Tore Tore Avenue where you can get everything you need daily: supermarkets, shops and market (on Thursdays), and for your relaxation and leisure: walking, sports facilities, bike rental, spa, restaurants, cafes, bars and water sports (in summer), shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, Chinese, hardware stores and even the municipal market on Thursdays where you will find everything at a very good price!
If you like reading, the Torre del Mar municipal library is a 3-minute walk away, and a 10-minute walk from our apartment there is a beach library with books and games to enjoy while you take a relaxing bath.
· Torre del Mar is nestled in the Axarquía region, considered a historic region of Andalusia. This small coastal fishing village has now become a tourist destination on the Costa del Sol, as its 4 kilometers of promenade and beaches have earned it the title of 'Best Promenade in Europe'.
· Take a long, pleasant walk from the lighthouse to the port of La Caleta de Vélez, exercise and enjoy the sea breeze. In addition to its great length, it has gardens, playgrounds, sports facilities, bars and beach bars to stop and rest, relax or snack on the area's fried fish as well as its typical sardine skewers.
· Torre del Mar's unparalleled location (within walking distance of Malaga and Nerja) offers all the advantages of urban areas along with the comfort of cozy Andalusian villages, all right in the heart of Axarquía's beautiful natural landscape.

As well as cafes or bars with terraces where you can enjoy the pleasant temperature throughout the year.
·Transportation and Visits: Due to its unbeatable location you can access different tourist attractions; The bus station is 500 meters away. From where you can get to Malaga (Picasso Museum, etc.), Ronda (Bull Museum, etc.), Nerja (caves, Balcony of Europe, etc.), Almeria (La Chanca neighborhood, etc.), Granada (Alhambra, Sierra Nevada, etc.) and the different municipalities of Axarquia. An example of this region is the wine route from Algarrobo, passing through Sayalonga, to Nerja. Also the raisin route, from Legends of bandits, splendid views and small villages full of charm passing through the villages of Totalán, Comares, El Borge, Almáchar and Moclinejo.
Guest access
A gated community with a swimming pool and a common area with gardens. It has a community storage room for bicycles only and enjoy walks on the beach and in the mountains.
Other things to note
Guests will be the end users of the reservation. They cannot manage the reservation to re-let it under any circumstances. The person booking is NOT allowed to stay or be a minor. Real estate and independent managers are not allowed. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the accommodation and smoking is not allowed. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the abandonment of the accommodation. The accommodation has a valid tourist license and a current short-term rental registration number.
