Located on the banks of the River Lynher, this our 6m hut is a unique getaway within 300 acres of regenerative farmland here on Erth Peninsula.

This is a quiet unspoilt area on the Devon/ Cornwall border...

Wonderful 4 miles of sandy beaches at Whitsand Beach.

The space
This is a large 6m Shepherd Hut, over 12 sq metres and this means beds can be made up as Kingsize Doubles or also set up as a twin.

Additional hut is also available if coming along with friends and children - same size, with same bedroom options..

Each hut looks out onto the River, and is in open pasture.

The huts come with electricity and heating, and en-suite large shower room and Neptune kitchenette.

Our huts have been insulated with sheeps wool insulation, for a warmer vibe and also for the eco credentials !

Guest access
Guests can use the field in which the huts are located, along with the fire pit.

The main house and grounds are not open to guests in the huts.

Inside your huts under the seating area bench you will find ;
Dustpan and brush
Broom
Mop & bucket
And spare electrical heater

Basket of logs for use with open fire can be found under your hut along with fire lighters.
Lighter can be found in the kitchenette area.
