Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. Longleat is about 15 minutes away, Stonehenge about half an hour.

The space
The two bedrooms are arranged as either one double and two singles - or one double and one king-sized single. The main bathroom has a full-sized bath, the second bathroom is en-suite with bedroom one and has a shower. The cottage is wheelchair accessible on one level, with one step down to the main bathroom.
The kitchen table can be made large enough to sit up to 8 - so if you've rented both cottages, everyone can sit around one table.

Guest access
Entire cottage with fenced garden. Access also to nearby paddock and field for dog walking and numerous nearby footpaths.

Other things to note
There is no public transport in the village and no pub. So you will need a car!

There are supplies of tea and coffee in the house but we don’t provide milk or other ‘welcome pack items’. Why not? Well, we used to but we ended up throwing most of it away because different guests like different things - for example, skimmed milk, oat milk, organic milk, etc, etc. So we felt this was unsustainable. We hope you understand.
