Make it cozy with the fireplace or take advantage of the beautiful nature around you in Park Midden Limburg. Until September 14th, it is wonderful to swim in the outdoor swimming pool. In the evening, enjoy a nice dinner or make your own favorite food and dine on the spacious balcony. Can't leave your work completely behind? Don't worry, there is good Wi-Fi and for gamers a smart TV with many options.
The space
Studio Eik 105 is located by the pool in a relaxed holiday area surrounded by forest and heath. Are you a water rat or nature lover? Then this is definitely for you. A day of hiking, fishing in the fish ponds, cycling on or next to the water, it's all possible. On a beautiful spring or summer day, you have a natural lake with a sandy beach available within a 10-minute walk. Be sure to pack your swimsuit for swimming, because Residence Eik has a heated outdoor swimming pool in front of the door, free and only accessible to owners and tenants. You will receive the access code with your welcome package. Athletes also get their money's worth. It is an ideal area to walk, you can play table tennis, and there is a fenced basketball court. Are you staying a little longer? Then be sure to visit Bokrijk or go shopping in Genk, Hasselt or Maastricht. You can already prepare your vacation on Visit Limburg.
You park your car in the large free parking lot and reach the studio on the first floor via an outdoor staircase in the middle of the residence. At the private entrance, you will find the key in the key box so that you can check in yourself at the time that suits you best. On your own terrace at the back, you have sun in the morning, you can relax for hours, have aperitifs, read and enjoy me-time or we-time.
This 30 m² apartment is suitable for one or two people and consists of a living space divided into a hall, dining area, living room, kitchen, sleeping area, and a bathroom with shower and suite. There is a large wardrobe where you can store all your belongings. In the furnished kitchen, there is cupboard space and a fridge to store your groceries. The studio has just been renovated and has a quiet, modern atmosphere and decor.

The holiday village itself dates back to the 1970s. There are two hotels and a number of large bungalows in which short- and long-term tenants and owners stay. The real vacation homes can be recognized by the yellow recognition plate of Flanders tourism. There is always an international and multicultural mix of vacationers, tourists, expats, foreign workers and also older people who stay there year-round. In the summer months, people put their chairs outside, there is barbecue and sometimes some music played, there are clothes hanging over drying racks, there is a bouncy castle for the kids, and there is occasional entertainment. The buildings may look a bit outdated, but don't worry: the studio itself is very fresh, well maintained and completely renovated.
The domain is the ideal starting point for hiking in the Midden-Limburg park. Tips can be found on the Visit Limburg website. There is plenty to do in the area.

The studio is on the first floor, there is no elevator, but there is an outside staircase.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only allowed outside or on the terrace.
The swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. between May 16 and September 14. The swimming pool rules can be found in the guest folder.
There is no store on the property itself, but in the village you will find everything you need in the many supermarkets in catering establishments. On summer weekends, there is often a food truck on the central square where you can have a drink and eat ice cream or fries.
Not only bed, but also breakfast is possible: you are welcome at the Green Resort Limburg breakfast buffet. To do so, book the evening before at the reception in the Jeneverbes building or by phone.
The buffet is open on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and on weekends from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. It costs 15 euros per person and you pay in the morning on site.
