Garden & Safety Notes
The fully enclosed garden is tiered and gets sun throughout the day. The top patio is perfect for alfresco dining, and the lower terrace is where you’ll find the hot tub - perfect for soaking up the sunset.
Please note: There is a steep bank between garden levels, so young children must be supervised outdoors.

• 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot to the nearest beach
• Close to Bude town centre, golf club, and scenic canal walks
• Ideal for surfing, cliff walks, farmers markets and watersports
Explore the dramatic coastline, hire a kayak or pedalo on the canal, enjoy links golf, or simply sit by the sea with a glass of wine watching the fishing boats return. Edale offers a little luxury, a lot of space, and unbeatable views.

Hen, stag, and party groups:
Edale is in a peaceful neighbourhood, and while we want guests to enjoy themselves, we kindly ask for quiet after 10pm, especially when using the hot tub. If you’re booking for a celebration, please contact us before booking to discuss suitability.
Occupancy:
Edale accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
Over-occupancy without prior agreement is a breach of our terms and may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Minimum 1 week booking during school holidays. Changeover normally on a Friday.

Due to the location of the hot tub, it may not be safe or possible to use during strong winds. We appreciate your understanding—your safety is our priority.

Electric car charging is strictly prohibited at the property.
There are dedicated EV charging stations available in nearby Bude.
