A relaxing quiet retreat. 10a Parklands is a detached spacious bungalow with level access and wider doors. There are 3 double bedrooms. Large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Master bedroom with en suite shower room. Patio /Barbeque area and level gardens. Parking is outside the property. Set in woodland grounds close to local beaches and Tamar lakes .Close to golf courses. Sorry no pets.

The bungalow is all one level with wide doors large table and chairs for family dining. 3 large bedrooms, the main bedroom has a kingsize bed and en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin beds in each with plenty of storage in each bedroom . Free wifi . .
